2011 Chisago Half Ironman Review

Little race review for my birthday weekend race and second place showing at Chisago Lakes Half Ironman.  Was a fun race which is most important but another nice thing was that the goal for the race was executed.... "1:17.10 run split." Sorry the video is so long, been trying to work on the video quality but I am only human.  "They will get better haha"  Want to give a big thank you to my Family, Girlfriend, Friends, Coach, and all my sponsors.  So blessed and I am very thankful.

Goal Insight

This video gets me SOOOO excited!! A little insight about my long term goal, master the "New Kona of the 70.3 distance."  Makes me want to qualify again and take my spot for this year.

MAIL TIME

Look what I got in the mail today!!!  Thanks so much Newton!!  Do not think I will ever be running in a different type of shoe for the rest of my life.  Words cant explain.

Soooooo Its going to be really HOT this week for training, be smart.  

Dont be like this guy complaining, everyone has to deal with it.  Just embrace what mother nature has given us.  

Be more like this guy with your attitude and it wont seem as hot as it really is.

2011 Muncie 70.3 Video Recap
