Recovered from NOLA/ race report coming

Massage time today at Peak Performance in Madison and WOW I needed that after the race sooner.  Ready for another good training block!!  Race Report is coming soon when ever I have a couple minutes to put something together.  Work, School and Life has been really busy.  Love every day and never take one for granted.
