Thank You!!

One week from today I will be in SUNNY New Orleans starting out my 2011 season!  Would like to take this time to thank everyone who has been there for me and continues to be there for me through the good and bad also a little insight on my plans for the season.
First a big thank you goes out to my FAMILY!  I think everyone says this but I truly believe that I do have the most supportive family anyone could ask for.  The best fans, motivators and loving family in the world. Cant put into words how thankful I am to have them all in my life.
Second, she deserves her own paragraph…. My girlfriend Kayla, she helps keep my head on straight and would be lost without such a understanding girlfriend.  I know its hard having such a dedicated triathlete as a boyfriend in college and that takes a special someone to understand “thanks baby.”
Third, thanks to all my friends who do so much for me and understand when I cant stay out late on a Friday or Saturday night because I have a big workout the next day.  I cherish the friends I have and hope that they always know I am there for them, just like they are there for me. THANK YOU
Forth, I am so humbled with thanks for my Coach Mike P from yourtrainningzone who wrights my truly customized workout plan.  He has helped me so much with the little amount I have been “since week before IM Louisville” with him and looking forward to the results of the labor this year. Thanks so much, you are the BEST coach a young triathlete could ever ask for.
Fifth, my training would suffer a lot without the great sports massages from Peak Performance massage.  I think recovery is one thing many athletes don’t focus enough on.  The difference between a week that I get a massage and a week that I may not is HUGE!  It may not feel the best getting the sore spots worked on but when it is all said and done I feel so much better prepared for the next workout.
Sixth, I could not have the equipment, friends or knowledge of the sport without the amazing triathlete specialty store Endurance House. “Yes I work there” I have been able to meet so many people and help many which is what I truly love doing.  Very excited to be wearing the Endurance House E on my chest this year.  PS if your interested in (Owning your own passion) Endurance House is currently selling franchise!! : )
Lastly the big one!! I would like to thank the big man upstairs, the lord.  With the lord all things are possible and I challenge myself to put the lord as my number one priority with everything in life, everyday.  As I always say, Give The Glory To God!! “GTGTG”

If I could list all the people that I am thankful for I would be typing for hours!! You know who you all are, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!  : )
