Down weeks are the best but worst thing ever! I hate when I have to relax on the training but know how important it is to have them. Only recently have a really grasped this rest thing and not a, "all out, balls out" every day I am training. With the help of my coach I am getting the proper rest resulting in some of the best workouts I have ever done. (Hard Day = Hard, Easy Days = EASY) Thanks for reading... PJE
